ANNOUNCEMENT: Town Hall Meeting w/ The Great Tree - Their origins and future plans.

Shorah Explorers! We are pleased to announce our next Town Hall meeting. This time our honored guests will be members of The Great Tree, including Brian Fioca, Daedalus, Professor Askew, Marten, Cycreim and Saxy. In this meeting we will discuss Brian Fioca's original views and outlooks for The Great Tree and their history and involvement during Prologue and Until UrU. We will also discuss what TGT is hoping for with UrU Live, what their prospective involvement will be, and their ongoing series of Prologue documentaries.

The morning meeting will be IC , where we discuss what The Great Tree is all about and its purpose, and the evening meeting will be more OOC and focused as a workshop on ways to get involved in and influence the official story of Uru Live.

Please submit any questions you may have via PM on the DRC Site Forums to any of the Liaisons and we will do are best to get them answered for you. PM'd questions will be accepted up till Wednesday, 08 November 2006 only. Any PM'd questions received after this will not be accepted or answered. We apologize for this, but in order to get these questions submitted to the guest in a timely manner, we have to have a cut-off date.

Please remember to activate the /autoshout, /autoschreien (German), or /autocrier (French), to toggle age broadcasting on and off. As usual, the format will be for the first half of the meeting to answer pre-submitted questions. Then for the second half of the meeting we will open the floor for questions. Please remember that if you have a question during the open floor portion, that you need to PM the appointed Liaison with "QUESTION" and you will then be added to the queue. We ask that you please have your question ready (typed out) so that when your name is called we can avoid any delays.

The new format for this and all future meetings is that we ask that all attending explorers and guests to please STAND during the meeting. We also ask that you do not use your KI if you can avoid it. We are doing our best to find any and all methods to ensure a "stable" environment for all attending and to avoid any crashing or vanishing of explorers and our guests. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in this.

Shorah Esploratori! Siamo onorati di annunciare il prossimo incontro del Town Hall. Questa volta i nostri ospiti d'onore saranno i membri de The Great Tree, includendo Brian Fioca, Daedalus, Professor Askew, Marten, Cycreim e Saxy. In quest'incontro discuteremo sulloriginale punto di vista di Brian Fioca e le prospettive per il Great Tree, al loro storia e illoro ruolo durante il Prologo e Untìl UrU. Discuteremo inoltre sulle speranze de TGT per UrU Live, quale potrebbe essere il loro ruolo, e la loro serie "televisiva" del Documentario del Prologo. [Colgo l'occasione per annuciarvi che presto le puntate di questo documentario usciranno anche in italiano. ndt]

L'incotro del mattino sarà IC [cioè che si parlerà come se tutta la sotria di Uru fosse vera. ndt], qui discuteremo su chi è il Great Tree e il suoi propositi, l'incotro serale sarà più OOC [cioè che si parlerà normalmente si puiò parlare di gioco, bug, lag, ecc.] e sarà come una discussione sui modi di venire conivolti e su come influenzare la storia ufficiale di Uru Live.

Per favore mandare tutte le domande che vorreste fare via Messaggio Privato sul Forum del Sito del DRC a uno qualsiasi dei Liaison e noi faremo il nostro meglio per dar loro una risposta per voi. Le domande verranno accettate entro e non oltre Mercoledì 08 Novembre 2006. ogni domanda ricevuta oltre il termine non verrà presa in considerazione o non riceverà risposta. Ci scusiamo per questo, ma per fare in modo che la maggior parte delle domande ricevano una risposta nel tempo che abbiamo, dobbiamo impostareuna data di fine.

Ricordate di attivare il comando /autoshout, per accendere e spegnere la comunicazine con tutta l'Era. come al solito il formato sarà: per la prima parte dell'incontro sarà verranno proposte le domande inviate al forum del DRC. Poi nella seconda metà dell'incontro si potrà cominciare a fare domande in diretta. Ricordate che se avete una domanda durante la seconda parte dell'incotro dovete mandate un messagio privato a un Liaison con scritto "question", in questo modo sarete inseriti nella lista. Chiediamo che abbiate già la domanda pronta (digitata) in modo da evitare ritardi e sprechi di tempo.

Il nuovo formato per questi e i futuri incontri sarà che dovrete restare tutti IN PIEDI. chiediamo onoltre di non usare il KI se lo potete evitare. Stiamo facendo il nostro meglio per trovare i metodi migliori per assicurare una comunicazione stabile per tutti i presenti e per evitare crash o sparizioni di esploratori o ospiti. il compito dei Liaison (che sono appena stati rieletti) è di organizzare incontri. si possono fare incotri con tutti, le altre volte abbiamo fatto incontri con quelli della Cyan e/o della GameTap.
